1. How to cancel
Write to us through Messages in the app or at hello@orisma.co. We confirm the cancellation and the refund amount in writing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
2. Formation package

The dashboard shows which steps have started, so you can see where your case stands before you decide.
If the Registrar approves none of your three names, we file new ones at no charge, as often as needed. That is not a reason to cancel at a cost.
3. Add-ons
An add-on that has not started is refunded in full. An add-on that has started is refunded minus the value of the work done and any third-party fees already paid. The Company plan (from EUR 990 a year excl. VAT, from year 2) can be cancelled any time before its renewal date and then ends at the end of the year already paid.
4. If a partner cannot proceed
If a partner refuses or stops work because a person does not pass its due diligence, or because information given to us was false or incomplete, the same rules apply as if you cancelled at that stage.
5. Consumers in the EU
If you order as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start work straight away, you pay for the work provided until you withdraw, and the right to withdraw from the formation service ends once the company is incorporated. Details are in clause 8.6 of our Terms of service.
